This space began with something I first noticed in my own life:
How easy it is to stay connected to everything around us while slowly losing touch with ourselves.
Even as a psychologist, I found myself checking my phone without thinking, filling every quiet moment with something, feeling tired but still unable to switch off, and knowing what would make me feel better while doing the opposite anyway.
I missed feeling present in my own days. I wanted to feel more like myself again, to enjoy my life while I was actually living it.
That desire became the beginning of everything you see here ♡
